Tri Sigma believes in empowering women and it is their mission to empower women.

When considering Greek life, there are a few steps that you must take before finding your home. First, keep an open mind during the whole process so that you can explore each organization to see if they are right for you. This is crucial during formal recruitment which is a week of opportunities to learn more and gain an insight into what Greek life at the University of Lynchburg. With this in mind, it is important to sign up for formal recruitment during the spring semester. It may be intimidating meeting so many women in just one week but do not be afraid. Take a deep breath, be yourself, and have the best time of your life. 

If you are interested in Greek life during the fall semester, you must attend several fall recruitment event that the organization is having. This will give you the chance to experience the organization and meet the sisters. Make sure you get your grades checked by Thomas Diroma in order to be eligible. For Tri Sigma, you must have a 2.5 or higher in order to be eligible as well. Throughout the fall semester, there will be different events announced on different social media platforms so make sure you check your social media.

Whether you decide to explore Greek life at the University of Lynchburg in the Fall or Spring, just remember to enjoy yourself and have fun. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
